The top seven are your batters and need elite batting and power, and the lower four (eight to eleven) are your bowling tail, which the game asks you to fill with genuine, elite bowlers. A great all-time team is not eleven run-scorers, it has a fearsome tail with real names in it. You would rather have a prime Dale Steyn or Shoaib Akhtar at the bottom than an anonymous bowler. And when your batters chase knowing icons like that are behind them in the dugout, it lifts their morale to get over the line. Build the whole team, not just the top order.
